Partnerships
St. Mungos
St. Mungos is the appointed organisation by the London Borough of Ealing to address the roughsleeping crisis in Ealing. Hope for Southall Street Homeless work in partnership with this organisation by referring and offering local support, especially to street homeless in Southall. St. Mungos case workers visit our Day Centre on Tuesdays to offer one-to-one meetings with potential recipients of support.
RISE
The Recovery Intervention Service Ealing offers support to people challenged because of drugs or alcohol dependency, problems with housing, domestic abuse, or mental health issues. They work with everyone to promote a sense of physical wellbeing. The services are free and confidential. A one-to-one, drop-in service is available at the HSSH Day Centre on Tuesdays at St. John's Church Southall, between 1.00pm and 3.00pm
Housing Justice
Housing Justice is a small, highly influential national charity. Their work makes a huge difference to thousands of people who stay at Night Shelters across the country, and those who are helped in some other way by our Churches, faith and community groups, and their volunteers.
Langaraid
Langar Aid is a project by international humanitarian aid organisation, Khalsa Aid International. Their mission is to serve the homeless, vulnerable and those struggling with poverty in the UK. They also work internationally to support the work of Khalsa Aid providing humanitarian aid in disaster and war zones.
LAGER Can
LAGER Can – the Litter Action Group for Ealing Residents – was founded in 2017 by Keith Freegard, then a resident of Hanwell. LAGER Can provides equipment, guidance and support to anyone living in the London Borough of Ealing who cares enough about littering and fly-tipping to want to help clean it up.
